I enjoyed reading your article a lot. You've got a wonderful style of writing. I can't think of the right word to describe your writing - or maybe I can. Soul. There's so much soul in this article. It's wonderful.

This article reminded me of a time, a few years back, when I was working on a project in Bangalore.

On most days, after being holed up in my cubicle I would decline the company taxi and walk back to the guest house where I was staying. It was a nice 50 minute walk which never failed to refresh me.

But there was something more about the route back to the guest house. It had lots of pubs. Very often, I'd step into one and take a stool by the bartender's area. It was always happy hours when I went so it was just me in the bar most of the time. That allowed me to request them to play my favorite music.

I'd usually sit there scribbling whatever caught my fancy in my notebook, sipping from a mug of draught beer, while listening to my favorite music. It was nothing short of ethereal. I stayed till the crowds came and normally packed up when things got noisy.
